The concierge service was absolutely amazing, they practically planned my entire trip for me. And let's not forget the tour desk, who knew sightseeing could be so effortless?

Oh, and of course, I just loved being woken up by the delightful street noise all night long. Truly a memorable experience.

Our stay at Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral was fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Despite the musty smell of the room, it was clear that they prioritize cleanliness. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great overall experience. Nice little hotel, incredible base for exploring Madrid. Convenient and magnificent location very close to everything, and 15 minute walk from Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. The hotel is located in a prime location, right in the heart of a bustling pedestrian street, surrounded by an array of shops and only a short distance from popular attractions. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist guests with any queries they may have.

Some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms can be heard during the night, which may disrupt sleep.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family. It has wonderful, favourable setting, so close to the center as well as metro and city centre. Madrid is good for trip, Gran Via subway station is nearby.

The location of Woohoo Rooms Fuencarral is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. We could easily explore all the attractions without any hassle. The rooms were clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The shower was great and the big bed was extra comfortable. Despite being centrally located, we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear any noise from outside at night.

One drawback was the small size of the room, which was a bit tight for four people. Additionally, the room was a bit too hot at night, as if the heating was on and couldn't be turned off.
